Staying in the duplex suite was a dream! Spacious and beautifully designed with a huge bathroom. The pool area is fantastic, and the staff is incredibly attentive, making sure we were comfortable and happy throughout our stay with great little touches like frozen grapes by the pool.

The suite was spacious and beautifully designed.
I was very disappointed that almost none of the staff spoke any English. It made communication incredibly difficult, leading to misunderstandings about our requests. This language barrier really impacted our overall experience and made us feel ignored during our stay.

I recently spent two nights in a Duplex Suite, and it was more beautiful than the online pictures showed—especially the spa and pool area. The dining at the restaurant was outstanding and made my stay unforgettable, although the food was pricey. I’d definitely come back again!

I absolutely fell in love with the resort. The entrance road could use some fixing due to potholes, but once you arrive, it's breathtaking. The reception area feels cozy with a stunning door that’s a work of art. The restaurant offers a perfect selection of local dishes, and the wine choices are delightful. I spent cozy evenings in the bar, especially on the outdoor deck with its fireplace, perfect for sunsets. My cabin-like room was spacious and functional, with a large sofa and a minibar. The hot tub in the bathroom was a great touch. However, the walk to the room can be chilly in bad weather, and it would benefit from a balcony to truly enjoy the view. Communication with staff was tricky. a few didn’t speak English. But they tried their best to be helpful. Car rental is a must for exploring. There are excellent local restaurants not far from the hotel. I enjoyed the nice gym and both pools, but found some areas, particularly between the apartments, suffered in wet weather. It's a beautiful spot, just a few tweaks could elevate the experience.
